Invicta is a former Swiss brand dating back to 1837. Now an American-owned company with international manufacturing, the watchmaker has become the epitome of extravagant yet cheap timepieces that won’t leave anybody cold.
Invicta produces watches for various occasions and tastes, ranging from classic dive wristwear to over-the-top gold-toned timepieces, taking the number of different models well into hundreds.
Our aim here is to introduce you to the best Invicta watches a man can buy without being overwhelmed with the cumbersome research into the uncountable timepieces the brand has in store.
Things To Know About Invicta
An Invicta watch is a valuable addition to any man’s watch collection due to its luxurious-like appearance and favorable price tag.
However, you need to be aware of a couple of things before going for an Invicta piece.
We’ve covered them thoroughly in our Invicta watches review, but here’s a short recap of the most essential of them.
1) Invicta is a through and through fashion watch brand – it means Invicta places more emphasis on the style rather than upping the quality levels. Therefore, don’t expect a horological masterclass or any awe-inspiring innovations that make your jaw drop.
Regardless of the approach, Invicta watches are still considered way ahead of other similarly priced and styled timepieces – they look stunning and last for years to come.
2) Invicta offers nice value-for-money watches – when a wristwatch costs a hundred or so dollars and is made up of decent components, there just isn’t much space for a debate. In fact, the vast majority of Invicta watches cost well below the $100 mark.
Stainless steel, mineral crystal, eye-catching designs, and Japanese automatic and quartz movements combined with attractive prices are the keywords that define the popularity of Invicta watches.
3) Beware of the warranty conditions – the 2-3 year policy that an Invicta watch typically comes with won’t cover everything.
For example, any problems that are to do with a crystal, case, crown, battery, or strap do not belong under the warranty. The only components you can get repaired free of charge include a caliber, dial, and hands.
In order to avoid watch models with frequent defects, make sure to read reviews from various e-commerce sites.
Top Invicta Watches
Our list consists of Invicta watches with different movements, design elements, and water resistance.
All the timepieces stay well below the $200 mark and come with high ratings from verified buyers. It means that these Invicta watches may be affordable, but they have enough quality to not fail you even after years of frequent use.
Therefore, stay tuned to find the best watch according to your taste.

Invicta Pro Diver 8926OB
Case Size: 40mm
Movement: Automatic NH35A
Water Resistance: 200m (660ft)
It’s inevitable to start the list of the best Invicta watches without covering the Pro Diver 8926OB first.
Being the bestseller model for years due to its reliability, as well as for a visual resemblance to the famous Rolex Submariner itself, it’s no wonder this Pro Diver is so renowned.
The watch comes in a 40mm stainless steel case and runs on Seiko’s non-branded NH35A automatic caliber. The inclusion of this advanced type of movement compared to a simpler quartz mechanism makes it one of the best entry-level automatic watches.
The caliber holds a decent accuracy and provides six ticks in a second.
The watch’s dial is covered with a mineral crystal and is surrounded by a coin-edged unidirectional bezel.
All the other essential features of a dive watch are also represented, such as a screw-down crown and luminous hands and hour markers.
Unfortunately, the luminosity is probably the most significant disadvantage of this Invicta watch. It is weak and doesn’t last long. If you wish to have better luminosity, opt for one of the Grand Diver models, which we will cover later in this post.
All in all, this Invicta is a value-for-money timepiece and one of the cheapest quality automatic watches you can get.
If you wish to know more about this watch, read our Invicta 8926OB review.
Invicta Pro Diver 8927OB
Case Size: 40mm
Movement: Automatic NH35A
Water Resistance: 200m (660ft)
A similar model to the previous entry is the Invicta Pro Diver 8927OB, which is an excellent alternative for those who appreciate a little more flair on a wrist.
It is equipped with the same NH35A automatic caliber and comes 200m (660ft) water-resistant, but it differentiates for having a gold-toned crown, bezel, and center bracelet links.
The tint of the gold is perfectly balanced, being neither too contrasting nor too blunt.
Another visual addition you’ll get with this watch is a see-through caseback. An open view of the workings of the intricate mechanism is relatively widespread among mechanical timepieces, but with this Pro Diver watch, you’ll get to admire the unique yellow spinning rotor instead of a typical silver-toned one.
Like the 8926OB, this Invicta watch doesn’t have the greatest luminosity – it is weak and doesn’t last very long.
However, you will not find any better silver-gold automatic watch for less than $100 than this one. Moreover, the overall appearance is simply stunning and doesn’t reflect in the price – it looks way more expensive.
Invicta Grand Diver Open Heart 13708
Case Size: 47mm
Movement: Automatic NH38A
Water Resistance: 300m (1,000ft)
The Invicta Grand Diver is a dive watch with a reliable Japanese automatic movement. You can get a glimpse of the mechanism through an open-heart design on the dial and a see-through caseback.
However, the open cut is not the onliest style-adding element this Invicta comes with.
A textured black dial along with rose-gold toned luminous hour markers and hands make the Grand Diver so luxurious that it can fool many into thinking it’s a multi-thousand dollar time tracker.
Another characteristic that adds galore is the watch’s size. It measures 47mm in diameter and a considerable 16mm in height. Naturally, it’s a watch for large wrists rather than slim ones.
When it comes to luminosity, it’s much better than in the 8926OB model. In fact, it’s one of the best lume Invictas you can get. Still, it doesn’t compare to any Seiko diver.
What’s also great about this Invicta watch is its 300m (1,000ft) water resistance. It ensures enough protection for safe swimming and also for recreational diving to depths up to 30m (100ft).
All in all, it’s one of the top watches not only in terms of appearance but also in terms of specifications. Moreover, it costs just slightly above the hundred-dollar line, which is an excellent value proposition.
Invicta Russian Diver Mechanical 1090
Case Size: 51mm
Movement: Mechanical
Water Resistance: 50m (165ft)
If you could pick the most outstanding and eye-catching Invicta watch, it would be the Russian Diver.
Unlike most Invicta watches, the Russian Diver is a hand-wound mechanical watch, meaning it requires manual winding every couple of days to function.
Although it may seem a cumbersome process these days, it is actually highly appreciated among watch aficionados – mechanical watches represent the art of watchmaking.
Another unique characteristic making the Russian Diver special is the skeletonized dial. Witnessing the uncountable wheels and gears doing the magic of timekeeping is a mesmerizing sight that will undoubtedly receive heaps of attention from friends and co-workers.
And finally, the overly large crown with a chain is something you’ll not find in many timepieces. If you also add the rose-gold accent present throughout the watch, it is clear the Russian Diver has been built to impress.
One of the negative sides of this Invicta, though, is that despite its name, you actually can’t use it for water sports – the resistance is guaranteed to 50m only. Therefore, wear it with care and show it off with pride, but not in the water.
Oh, and one thing I almost forgot – the watch measures a whopping 51mm. Although I’m a fan of oversized watches, this Invicta is way out of my league even according to my standards and looks too much for my 7.3-inch wrist. So, I advise considering this watch for men with larger wrists than 7.3in.
Invicta Aviator Watch 22523
Case Size: 49mm
Movement: Quartz
Water Resistance: 100m (330ft)
The Invicta Aviator 22523 measures 49mm in diameter, which is a bit smaller than the Russian Diver. Still, it is best suited for wrists that measure above the average.
The central feature of the Invicta Aviator is the 1/5-second stopwatch feature. The VK63A caliber that powers this watch comes with a showy stopwatch’s sweeping second hand that makes five steps in a second.
Unlike typical wristwear, the primary seconds counter lies on the bottom subdial, while the chronograph’s seconds sit centrally. So don’t expect the central second hand to sweep – it only does when you use the stopwatch.
Appearance-wise, you can expect a wonderful color palette when a gold-toned case combines perfectly with a blue dial and silicone band. The dial is crammed with details and has thick hands, which, on the one hand, look excellent but, on the other hand, complicate reading the date and the subdials.
Naturally, it’s a show-off watch rather than a simple timepiece with highly practical features. Hence, take the watch as it is and use it to complement your outfit because it rocks doing that.
Invicta Speedway 9211
Case Size: 40mm
Movement: Quartz
Water Resistance: 200m (660ft)
The Invicta Speedway 9211 is a look-alike to the iconic Rolex Daytona with its dark subdial frames on a white background, surrounded by a silver-toned bezel. This particular design is also known as Panda design for obvious reasons.
What this Invicta watch offers is a chronograph function with central seconds and a tachymeter bezel.
The stopwatch can be set and reset via the pushers on either side of the crown. The pushers, as well as the crown, come screw-down. So if you wish to use the stopwatch, you would have to first unscrew the pushers.
The reason they’re screwable is to offer enhanced water tightness for swimming and snorkeling. The watch is sealed with a 200m water resistance rating as well, so it will be no problem to submerge it into the water. However, both the crown and pushers need to be screwed in. Otherwise, the water will intrude into the watch and ruin it.
The Speedway measures a modest 40mm in diameter and runs on a Japanese quartz movement. Expecting an automatic caliber would’ve been too much anyway, especially considering it’s a chronograph watch. Therefore, nothing to complain about in this department.
All things considered, it’s a wonderful value proposition considering its sub-$100 price tag. When leaving aside the somewhat poor legibility, the Invicta Speedway is a magnificent everyday wearable that will definitely turn some heads.
Invicta Speedway Black Watch 20305
Case Size: 50mm
Movement: Quartz
Water Resistance: 100m (330ft)
Despite its huge 50mm case diameter, the Invicta Speedway 20305 has a laidback nature with small minute numbers and stopwatch dials. It kind of reminds of a dive watch but it’s not, regardless of the round luminous hour markers.
The interesting appearance is one of the reasons why this particular model caught our attention. It looks very different from a typical Invicta watch.
As already said, it’s a huge watch. Therefore, you would have to have large wrists to accommodate it without looking awkward.
What’s surprising, though, is that the watch is pretty hefty, especially for the fact it features a rubber band and not a metal bracelet. However, the heftiness is a good thing as it correlates with the size.
What should’ve been better is the date window. If you’re not eagle-eyed, you will have some difficulties reading it at a glance. Other than that, it’s a highly legible timepiece.
Invicta Pro Diver Swiss Quartz 33474
Case Size: 45mm
Movement: Swiss quartz
Water Resistance: 100m (330ft)
Although the number of Swiss-made timepieces is relatively small, Invicta has ensured that a part of the brand’s rich heritage is still present.
The Invicta Pro Diver 33474 is made in Switzerland and runs on a Swiss Ronda caliber that is both accurate and reliable.
This desk diver also has a unidirectional bezel and luminous hands and indices. However, you’ll not find a screw-down crown but a push/pull version instead. Therefore, the use of this Pro Diver is limited to swimming the most.
Unlike most Invicta watches, this Pro Diver has a sleek design with no overwhelming styling elements – it has quite a straightforward dial, a clear bezel top, and a polished stainless steel bracelet.
Visually, it resembles a Panda watch, but it’s actually not. I guess you can call it a reverse Panda watch due to the black and white being in reverse.
Hence, the watch is a spot-on wearable for those Invicta admirers who prefer to wear contemporary rather than flashy timepieces from the brand’s line-up.
One thing’s for sure – the Swiss-made Pro Diver 33474 has the best build quality out of all Invicta watches.
Invicta Bolt Chronograph Watch 24217
Case Size: 50mm
Movement: Quartz
Water Resistance: 200m (660ft)
If you’re into oversized watches, both diameter and width-wise, the next Invicta model could be the perfect fit for you. The Bolt Chronograph 24217 measures 50mm in diameter and 19mm in height, making it a very masculine and noticeable wearable.
However, not only are the dimensions considerable but also is the style.
The element that instantly sticks out is the wire rope motif replacing the bezel. There are also the gold-toned watch lugs and pushers that add to the overall flashy appeal, along with a thick blue silicone band with stainless steel center links.
Appearance-wise, there isn’t anything that stays modest. It is exactly the kind of watch that divides people – whether you like it or despise it. I side with those liking this over-the-top extravagance because the watch adds a whole new dimension to an outfit and really sticks out.
What I also like about this Invicta watch is that it has decent quality for the price point. It runs on a Japanese quartz movement and is equipped with a Flame Fusion crystal (something of a midway between mineral and sapphire). In addition, the watch is guaranteed a 100m water resistance.
Invicta S1 Rally Leather Watch 19289
Case Size: 48mm
Movement: Quartz
Water Resistance: 100m (330ft)
The Invicta S1 Rally Leather Watch distinguishes it from typical Invicta pieces for having a leather strap and design elements from racing sports.
Like genuine racing watches, you’ll find a complete stopwatch function and a tachymeter sitting on the subdial. The stopwatch functions through the two pushers at two and four o’clock. The subdial on the right belongs to the 24-hour time.
The two vertically running stripes with a golden accent, combined with a black background, are so pleasing to look at, which is one of the prime reasons we decided to add this timepiece t0 the top Invicta watches. It’s like a Dodge Viper of watches with its vertical stripes.
The S1 Rally is also a pretty sturdy piece for employing a mineral crystal and stainless steel case. The strap is also of decent quality for being tough but at the same time pleasantly soft.
When looking at this Invicta watch and considering that it costs less than $100, it is clear we have a great value-for-money ticker for grabs.
Invicta S1 Rally Watch 23078
Case Size: 49mm
Movement: Quartz
Water Resistance: 100m (330ft)
If you prefer a silver-toned racing watch with a metal bracelet instead of a dark leather one, the Invicta S1 Rally 23078 is a nice alternative.
Similar to the previous model, this timepiece has three distinctive subdials. However, Invicta 23078 adds a 1/10-second option visible at the bottom window.
What’s also different is that this particular Invicta has much better legibility compared to the dark S1 Rally. All the indices and numbers are painted in contrasting black and lay on a light background.
This oversized 49mm timepiece can complement various outfits for numerous occasions due to its favorable appeal. It is neither overly flashy nor too laidback, so feel free to wear it anywhere you like.
Note: The watch has two versions – one has a round date window (as advertised) and the other a square window. If you have a certain preference, make sure to contact the dealer to specify the exact version it offers.
Invicta I By Invicta 90242-003
Case Size: 44mm
Movement: Quartz
Water Resistance: 50m (165ft)
Amongst the vast selection of dive and sports-oriented Invicta watches, there are some dressier options available, such as the Invicta 90242-003.
Although it’s not a classic dress watch like we’re used to, it nevertheless beams enough elegance to be worn with smarter outfits.
First off, the model comes with a black leather band with a buckle clasp. As we know, leather is the most appropriate strap type for smart shirts and suits.
Secondly, the numbers are displayed in Roman numerals, which are more classic than Arabic. And finally, the gold-toned case and watch hands harmonize perfectly with the overall black coloring of the timepiece, offering an elegant, dressy appeal.
There’s not much to worry about the quality either, as it’s a standard quartz watch for the price.
However, this Invicta isn’t spotless. For example, the strap is very stiff and takes quite a while before it fits the wrist’s contours. If the stiffness starts to bother you, you may want to swap it for a more comfortable one.
Also, you have to be careful not to scratch the case because the gold plating shows them too well.
Regardless, this Invicta is an eye-catching watch that will last you long if properly cared for.
Invicta Specialty Gold-Tone Watch 14876
Case Size: 45mm
Movement: Quartz
Water Resistance: 50m (165ft)
As you may have already noticed, Invicta tends to cover its watches with a luxurious-like gold tone. The next model, the Specialty Gold-Tone 14876, is no exception in this regard.
The golden tone has been tastefully placed on the center bracelet links, crown, and bezel so that it wouldn’t look too much. However, the tone is maybe too shiny for my liking. Nevertheless, the whole outcome is still very posh and gives a much pricier appeal than anticipated for the price.
A typical feature of Invicta watches, a chronograph function with a tachymeter ring, is also present. The stopwatch measures from 1/10-second up to 60 minutes.
Though, what’s a bit of overkill is the fact that both the tachymeter ring and dive bezel are present in this Invicta. They both function as they should be, but it would’ve been better to stick with one style rather than compile several of them into this timepiece.
In terms of size, it’s not as grand as several other Invicta watches. Therefore, it fits with most men’s wrists.
Invicta Specialty Skeleton Watch 23533
Case Size: 42mm
Movement: Mechanical
Water Resistance: 30m (100ft)
The Specialty Skeleton 23533 represents the small number of dress timepieces the brand has available. And this is probably the most classic watch out of the brand’s huge line-up.
The watch comes with a see-through dial and Roman numerals and is powered by a hand-wound Chinese mechanical caliber. Therefore, to get the watch running, you have to manually wind it basically every day. For some, it’s too cumbersome, but for others, it’s a reminder of the good old days.
Unlike the majority of Invicta watches, this particular piece is of a much smaller size. Standing at 42mm in case diameter, it will go with most wrist sizes and shapes.
Quality-wise, this skeleton piece comes in a stainless steel case, employs a scratch-resistant Flame Fusion crystal, and is water-resistant enough to withstand daily water exposure. So, nothing special but nothing to complain about either.
The same watch is available in a golden tone as well. And there’s lots of it because, besides the case, it is also on the dial and the mechanical caliber.
Invicta I Force Chronograph 19252
Case Size: 51mm
Movement: Quartz
Water Resistance: 100m (330ft)
We finish our list with a proper sports watch. The Invicta I Force Chronograph sticks out with a dive-inspired appearance that sees a professional crown protector and distinctive blue bezel combined with a 100m (330ft) water resistance.
You’ll also find the band being of durable and water-resistant polyurethane, the crown screwable, and the hands lume-filled. Though, the hands are thin and don’t contain much luminous paint.
The I Force is equipped with a top-notch chronograph feature that measures from 1/10-second for up to 60 minutes. A unique extra present on the dial is a half-circle date window displaying the current, previous, and forthcoming dates.
However, before you go for this Invicta piece, make sure it goes with your wrist size as it is one of the largest from the manufacturer, standing at 51mm in case diameter.
Final Words
We hope this list of the best Invicta watches has helped you closer to picking out the right timepiece according to your requirements or at least has guided you in the direction of finding the style or a specific collection that excites you the most.
It’s clear that Invicta is not a well-established manufacturer with an irrefutable reputation, all the more a luxury brand. However, it offers a wonderful selection of very affordable timepieces with unique designs.
Naturally, it’s no wonder there are a plethora of enthusiasts whose watch collections are entirely made up of only Invictas. Therefore, give it a try and see who you are going to be – a fan or foe.
